The CAPS Transformations 2014 conference provided a unique opportunity for talented professionals in the fields of urban planning, architecture, etc. to share their wealth of knowledge and expertise. They covered a wide range of issues such as congestion, urban sprawl, and climate change, which are of significant concern in today’s rapidly changing urban environments. Prominent speakers and accredited professionals assembled together and engaged in stimulating discussions that addressed these key issues affecting today’s dynamic urban landscapes. These were reflected in the underlying theme of the conference; that is Transformations.
A special thanks to: The Department of Social Science, The Urban Studies Program at York University, and the York Federation of Students for their generous support!
A special thanks to everyone who participated in the CAPS Conference in Montreal! (February 1-3, 2013) FUSS would also like to thank the Department of Social Science for their generous sponsorship!!!
